I just got a new KitchenAid mixer for my birthday, makes things so much easier for multi-tasking! Hoping to try the Strawberry Marscepone cupcakes this weekend. Here in Regina, we have a store called The Bulk Barn, hopefully Saskatoon will get one soon as my mom is sending me weekly shopping lists! Add sugar, one cup at a time beating well after each addition. Beat this on high speed for about two minutes, scraping the bowl a couple of times.<br /><br />Then, on highest speed, add the whipping cream and beat it into a frothy submission for about two more minutes.
