Hmmmmn..... OK, so this one may require a lot of work. But it's SO you that I can't believe you haven't thought of it yet, Saucy: What about a 'Cupcake of the Month Club'? ;0)

Create a menu of twelve uber fab cupcakes - one for each month. Sell memberships that include a delivery (or pickup) of four or six cupcakes each month for a year. Maybe stagger deliveries all month long, or just do them all for one week each month. And they all get delivered by Cheerios in uniform with a special 'delivery cheer'!

Offer some done in school colors on Spirit Days/Game Days at school each week or month, or just for special days like Homecoming & Prom.... again with special delivery. Promote this by delivering one to every single teacher during morning Homeroom!

The seperate blog is the way to go! Saves you time and energy from sending out individual emails (been there done that)! You can also post all their pictures there (parents love that sorta stuff;o).

My daughter's team did a carwash-each girl was required to presell 10 tickets-they gave them 20-most sold 20. then the day of the carwash most people that prebought didnot come to redemn tickets. they had posters they waved by entrance to parking lot-they had non syop lines the entire time. So moral of story always presale what ever you do-

Our school had a coffee fundraiser that worked quite well. It was a company based in your town (the Roastery?) that roasts its own coffee. I didn't care for the coffee myself but it did sell and they have ran it 3 times. I know it was very successful the first time but am not sure how well it went the last 2 times.

Can you come up with some fab school pride designs and set up a Cafe Press shop online? You choose what items to sell - T shirts, hats, tote bags, etc. - upload your designs, and customers put them together. You don't have to invest in the product (Cafe Press gets paid when customers order, you get the rest) AND it's always open, 24/7 all year long. Just promote the site and get people to it!

Magnet.com has car magnets you can puchase. They are real reasonable, ship fast, and you can turn around and sell them as a fundraiser. Just upload your design and you are done!
