Dueling attention whores Lady Gaga and Katy Perry?
Or simply Paris and Nicole? Or Paris and Lindsay? Ankle bracelets are easy to find, aren't they?

I had to go with Katy and Gaga as well. They both wear bizzare clothing which will make for fun costumes!!!!
