your holiday wish

My head is spinning from making and sorting and packaging swap charms. Everything is pretty much ready to go now. Plus, I had a wonderful afternoon making charm bracelets with my local swapping peeps. Check out this sparkly action!  I will be sporting this cutie on my wrist next weekend in Chicago.

The good news for you... I have a bundle of charms left over. I'm not going to put them onto a bracelet, but I'm going to put them together in a little kit for one lucky reader. If you win, you can put it together any way you like! Doesn't that sound like fun? Perhaps you will wear it yourself or you might gift it to someone special for the holidays.

Just leave a comment on this post before Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. CST. One of the Cheerios will make the draw at practice that night. Tell me... what is your holiday wish this year?

My holiday wish this year is that I simply have some well deserved time off so that I may spend some quality time with my family.
I also hope that every family in need is able to enjoy the holidays this year.

Oh now that sounds awesome! Make your own surprise bracelet - I like it, count me in- Cheerios pick me!

My holiday wish this year is for peace and normality to come back to everyone. With my parents downsizing and moving in Dec, friends with new baby and other friends with empty nest, it seems like everyone lost what normal is. Sometimes simple plain old boring normal is good!

I haven't commented in a while - life has gotten the better of me!

My wish this year is that everything will settle down and my family can take some time to relax together. We've decided not to go "whole hog" again this year, and instead do the wish tree for "forgotten seniors". My heart breaks every time I pass by that tree in Walmart and see all the names of seniors who have no family (or no family who cares) to visit them at Christmas. So sad.

What wonderful charms! I would love a glittery pile of charms for Christmas. My wish is for peace and ending world hunger...or at the very least a jump start in that direction. In America we have so much - there is no excuse why many of our children/people go to hungry. Peace.

I would most definitely wear it! I got out all my supplies from last year, but just haven't had the time to put it all together.

My wish is for a more relaxed holiday, less stress and shopping. We are going "simple" this year. I'm making more gifts and hope to get some homemade gifts too! I think we overwhelmed our son last year with gifts, so he's getting less this year too. More family time and outings - light shows, hayrides, etc. And my biggest wish for the holidays is that my son and I don't get sick on Christmas day this year like last year!!! I think the no stress goal will help! Thanks for the chance to win a bracelet. I have no idea what to get my sis-in-law!! Actually, if I won, I'd have to give it to my Mom!

I just LUURRVE your necklaces and charm bracelets, to me each piece on the bracelet, has a history and tells a story and for me personally, every song ever played, every place i have been to, or little keepsakes I have kept throughout the years has a special memory for me. I think sometimes I still live in the world "13 going on 30" :)
I would love to wear one of your special pieces of jewellery, and here is my wish for you, and everyone in this wonderful place we call home :)

If I could wish a wish for you,
it would be for peace and happiness not only now,
but for the whole year through!

I wish that there always be food on your table.
And that you always remember those less fortunate.
May you always take time to share, and thank those who share with you.

I wish for time, so you may reflect
on the blessings that you have, and that you express your love
to those who are dear to you.

May you never feel lonely,
because there are those who care.
That you realize: you are special,
you are unique, you make a difference,
not only at Christmas, but all year!

I wish for your thoughts to be positive ones,
that you never quit, that you never give up,
and that you continue to learn.
I wish for the love, peace, and joy
of Christmas be yours always.

This poem holds a special place in my heart.
Thanks for being you! Hope to have the opportunity some day to participate in one of your classes and Thank you for getting me hooked up cupcakes, my taste testers thank you!

Hi lovely lady,

Of course I want all those wonderful altruistic things like world peace, etc but I'm really hoping Santa will bring me a Clarisonic (one of those face washing thingies I'm seeing a lot of ads for). I don't know anyone that has one so it seems like a real luxury to possibly get something I'm not even sure "works". Does that make sense?

Hi Beautiful! How fun! I just randomly had time to catchup on blogs and visit yours as well and here you are with a giveaway! Me too, but yours is more festive lol! My holiday wish this year would be for my husband to come home. He has been very ill and had to get treatment out of state. It has been a hard year but I have managed to keep my head above water with working, and school and just keeping everything as normal as possible. It is hard to actually do that and I really look up to single parents now as I have been one this past year. I wish everyone would take a look around them, be more grateful for what they have and try to be more appreciative for the ones we love so much. I hope to have served as an example of what to do in a crisis, but even I have had my breakdown moments haha! I wish for more cures for common things out there to help prolong and enrich the lives of those who are ill among us. We are blessed he is getting well and will come home soon. I hope others can have that same comfort.

Novel I know but I wanted to share :) I hope your holidays are off to a great start!

xoxo

My Christmas holiday wish is... after 20 years of yo-yo wages for my hubby to have a stable monthly income instead of the ever changing one that commission brings, never knowing what you have to work with and the pressures that bring.

My holiday wish is for my Mom's body to heal from cancer! I just got to fly home (wa state) for the first time in 9 years to be able to see her and my family. I am soooo thankful for that! Wishing your family a Holiday full of Love and Blessings! If I don't win a bracelet it's ok because I'm likely to buy one anyway because they are just so darn stinking cute!!
