swaps are now full

I hadn't but finished listing the Christmas Charm Bracelet Swap Kits and within minutes they were gone! Read on if you are still interested in taking part, today may be your lucky day!

For those of you who have participated before, it is structured the same way. You can make or purchase 12 identical charms that meet the theme of the swap you sign up for by purchasing a "swap kit" in my Etsy.

Then, make sure you mail those charms to me no later than Monday, November 16. I will sort them out, add a bracelet and clasp, and mail it all back off to you by the end of November so that you can assemble your bracelet and enjoy it during the holiday season!

Edited: This post filled in about twenty minutes! Friends, if you would like another round of the vintage pink and aqua swap, please leave a comment today! There are no more spots in this swap but lots of interest.  I had one more spot available this morning as part of the aforementioned billing confusion and had four emails about it.

Swap is full!

I am considering offering another round of the pink and aqua vintage swap and/or a round of red and aqua cute/vintage/fun swap. For an example of that, click here. Please leave a comment if either of these swaps are of interest to you.

All swaps will be limited to twelve participants.  The spoils of the Halloween swap can be seen here.

Well, those went fast! Due to an Etsy billing error, there will be two more "Holly Jolly" kits available shortly... if you missed out, all is not lost.

I will decide on Tuesday if I will add another round, and if so... shall it be aqua and pink again OR aqua and red?

I just got the last holly jolly! I wanted one of each, but since I have never made a bracelet before, never participated in a swap before and don't even know where to buy charms to swap, I guess starting with one is probably okay, lol. Can't wait to go on a charm hunt this weekend!

Wow! Those sold out fast! haha I wasn't going to get one (we're cheap), but I wanted to see how quickly they sold. And quick it was! I'm excited to see everyone's pictures! Great Job Saucy!

Count me in if you offer another round of the pink/aqua vintage kits. The halloween swap looked like it was a huge success.

A day late and a dollar short!!! Oh well. I had a BLAST doing the Halloween one, so I guess I should be happy others will enjoy the Christmas one. I can't wait to see pictures. I want to post a pic of my Halloween one (I'm very proud!) but don't have a blog. Should I just Facebook it? Or flickr?? Saucy - you are so wonderful to do this for us!!! I really LOVED buying my charms, waiting impatiently for my kit to arrive, spending a wonderful naptime afternoon with my Mom putting ours together - thanks so much!!!!!!!

I've got a bracelet swap question. So, I've never had a charm bracelet, never made jewelry and never done a swap. Found something very cool for charms, but I need to put rings on it (cause if you like it, then you should have put a ring on it).

Do I use the "jump rings" or the twisty kind that look like a little mini key chain?

If this makes anyone slap their forehead and say "d'oh," sorry!

No silly questions here, I promise.

I think we all pretty much prefer the "jump rings" as opposed to the "split" rings (mini key chain style); I changed my tune myself after one of our local parties.

You just need to get hold of two pairs of pliers... I promise to send out an email to all swap participants tomorrow... the third round is now full!! All of your questions should be answered there and if you want you can always email me at sasha (dot) libby (at) shaw (dot) ca
