Congratulations to the winner! That lime green eye liner is awesome! I haven't ever seen anything like it before. The next best thing is my sister's lime green nail polish that she got in Hawaii lol. I definitely wouldn't have noticed that announcement on the top of the magazine if I didn't read some of the other comments, even when you still said that the lower picture didn't have the answer. I'm so observant. *cough*sarcasm*cough*
