coffee and a good book

The kind folks at Starbucks have a treat for you. They have offered up a venti gift card for one of my readers. I guess they really dig my salted caramel chocolate cupcake.

Would you like it? Just leave a comment on this post, but you must copy and paste the picture below onto your blog or Facebook profile with a link back to this blog post. That's it.

Now, everyone say, "thank you Starbucks".

Thank you, Starbucks.

Comments on this post will be valid entries until midnight CST on Friday, May 15th.  Winner will be announced on Saturday.

I sent out divaqueen's bubble mailer prize today... and with the Jonas Brothers Concert Experience Giveaway still going until May 25th, I am starting to feel like a game show host. And you know what? It feels good.

A mysterious parcel arrived on the doorstep today... can you guess what was inside?

Did you know that I work just 5 steps away from Starbucks. I can actually phone them with my order and pick it up in seconds. And..I work the whole long weekend, so this would definately come in handy to keep me going for all those long, long, hard days.

That card would come in handy to share with my fellow EA's.. we can head to Starbucks and be back to the school by the time the recess bell rings to get back to class... that usually entails my grade 7's begging to know what I have in the lovely white cup with the famous green circle- the usual drink of choice is a white mocha skinny but the best part is load it up with the cream topping! the girls usually smile when I order it that way...

I need to get a copy of Twilight.. sounds like I am missing out too!

placing the link asap!

I wish I liked coffee... or would spend $5 on one! Nope sorry, not me. ;) Nice of them to offer up a gift card though.

What kind of amazing friends do you have that leave parcels like that on your doorstep? It doesn't even matter what's inside - it's already awesome. I just get bills and the odd catalogue... *sigh*

Have a wonderful day!

I love surprises! And posted my thank you for the earrings! It's only fair to share with others and I'm not near a Starbucks ever.

I can hardly wait to see what's inside the box! Perhaps a bikini cake?

Friends, Starbucks has asked me to remind all of you that they not only serve coffee, they have a full beverage menu of bottled water, juices, imported sodas, and of course, their famous frappucinos... a frosty blended milkshake drink that can be made with or without coffee. Loopy recommends the double chocolate chip blended frap with whipped cream on top (sort of like a milkshake but better)... and don't forget, they have durrliciouss baked goods and gift items.

I hope Starbucks has the good sense to carry Saucy's baked goods. A Saucy Starbucks cupcake would guarantee my visit every day!

Saucy, did Edward himself leave you a package on your doorstep?

I ADORE Starbucks ... I wish I had one right in my town, but have one where I work parttime (at the mall) and one where I used to live! I plan on getting a decent sized gift card when I get my tax check back! Thanks! I put the image on my blog here: http://saraamuso.blogspot.com/

Wow, love delivered packages. Can't wait to see what it is. And I am a big fan of Strawberries & Creme Fraps. Just like a shake. Wish they still made it in the light version though.

I am sure BAmemories and I could run off a twilight cupcake... if it ever stops snowing =P

think tonight would be a perfect night to bake a bunch of cupcakes and bring them into the staff

Twilight??? You haven't read it yet??? Prepare to be transported to the days of first kisses and butterflies in your stomach :)

Dying to hear what was in it!! Love the coffee stains!

Tricia said...

ok... you are going to love Twilight!!! I read all four books in two weeks- could have been faster, but that pesky full time job, kids, house, husband, and dog just don't leave that much time. I would luurrvvee to win the starbucks card, but I don't have a blog...does it count that they know my order off by heart...well they used to, before I had to omit my daily ritual, due to my own personal recession...but I digress, whining never won anyone anything ever.

Look at you with all the give aways!! They are going to have to change your name to something that starts with an O!! Please put me in the running for this one, because although I don't have JoBro fans in my house, I am a bonafide Starbucks ADDICT!

Oh, by the way...I linked to your blog on my Facebook, Cassandra Miller in the Jersey Shore network. I'll friend you up so you can check it out.

I have a Starbucks goldcard, so I'm disqualifying myself. :)
But-is it Red Carter's Eden swimwear?
Or maybe Ujena's Adam & Eve lace bikini?
Or a blow up pool boy that looks like Edward from Twilight?

I am posting the link & photo now!! I am guessing that it is Twilight, and if it is, it is just plain awesome! The books will suck you right in. I didn't like the movie as well as the book though.

Trace Geworsky said...

My guess is either twilight movie, or the book....I dont think Edward Cullen could fit inside the box;

The gift looks very intriguing - I can't wait to find out what's inside. Hopefully the weather there is condusive to lounging by a swimming pool. Our long term weather prediction is for snow flurries :(

I put a link on my Facebook page as I love Buckies for a Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte extra hot.

That's so sweet of them to give up a gift card for you to give away! You have so much going on you practically are a game show host. I'm going to guess that its something related to cupcakes :P I don't know though. Do you know who sent it or is it anonymous?

I would love to win Starbucks - I actually treated myself today since it was by birthday. The only thing is I don't know how to paste that into my blog!! (And believe me I tried, I am still trying to get the hang of it!)
